Can I Take Sugar Reset Every Day? A Checkpoint Plan for Daily Users
The label is written for daily use, at 1 or 2 droppers a day and never more. It gives no end date, and no study shows what months of use do. This plan sets checkpoints for the first day, week one, day 30 and day 60, so you can stop early if something feels off.

Key facts
- Daily use is what the label describes: 1 or 2 droppers full each day, shaken first, swallowed.
- Two droppers a day is the ceiling. The directions say not to exceed the recommended dose.
- No end date, no rest period and no long-term advice appear on the label.
- At 1 dropper a day a bottle lasts about 60 days. At 2 it lasts about 30. These counts assume a dropper is about 1 mL.
- The guarantee window is 60 days from the date of purchase, so day 30 and day 60 are useful checkpoints.
- Green tea extract liver injury is rare and usually starts 1 to 6 months after a product is begun.
- No published trial of Sugar Reset exists, so no result or timeline can be promised.
Is the product meant for every day?
Yes. The directions use the word daily, and a 60-serving bottle is sized for about one to two months of use. If you read the bottle at face value, a steady daily habit is the plan.
That is a statement about directions, not about benefit. A label can tell you how to take something. It cannot tell you how long it is wise to keep taking it. On that point the bottle is silent, and so is the research, because no study of the drops has been published.
So the sensible way to use a daily product with no long-term data is to check in with yourself on a schedule. The sections below turn that idea into five checkpoints.
What are the checkpoints for the first 60 days?
Before day 1
Write down your latest A1C or fasting glucose and your medicine list. Check the safety seal. The label says not to use a bottle with a damaged or missing seal.
Week 1
Use 1 dropper, shake well and swallow. Note sleep, heartbeat and stomach. Both guarana and green tea carry caffeine, and no amount is printed.
Day 30
At 2 droppers a day your first bottle is gone about now. The sales page says to email for a refund after at least 30 days of use, so this is the earliest day it points to.
Day 50
Decide. The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase, and an email sent near day 50 leaves room for a slow reply.
Day 60
The window closes. If you keep going, keep the label limit and keep your clinician in the loop.
These checkpoints are about decisions, not results. Nothing here predicts a change in any number. Our 60-day timeline post explains why no timeline can be promised.

What should you write down along the way?
A simple log makes the checkpoints useful. You do not need an app. A note on your phone is enough.
- The date you started and the dose you chose.
- How you slept, in a few words, each morning for the first week.
- Any racing heartbeat, jitters, stomach upset or headache, with the time of day.
- Your fasting glucose or A1C from your last lab visit, and any new result.
- Anything else that changed in the same weeks, such as a new medicine, a new job or a trip.
The last line matters most. Food, sleep, stress, illness and activity all move blood sugar numbers, so a log that lists only the drops will mislead you. Bring the page to your next visit and let your clinician read it with you.
Why is two droppers the hard limit?
Because the label says so, and because extra drops add extra of everything at once. That includes the 200 mg blend, a licorice compound and two caffeine sources. No amount of any of them is printed, so you cannot tell how much more you are taking.
| Per day | 1 dropper | 2 droppers |
|---|---|---|
| Liquid | About 1 mL | About 2 mL |
| Chromium | 0.7 mcg, or 2% of the Daily Value | 1.4 mcg, or 4% |
| Proprietary blend | 200 mg | 400 mg |
| Caffeine | Not published | Not published |
| Bottle lasts | About 60 days | About 30 days |
The percentages are chromium divided by the 35 mcg Daily Value (NIH ODS, Chromium). The day counts are 60 servings divided by the droppers you take each day.
What is unknown about using it for months?
Most of the long view is blank. A few parts of the formula do give hints about what to watch.
- LiverTox calls green tea extract a well-established, if rare, cause of liver injury, usually showing up 1 to 6 months in (LiverTox, Green tea).
- NCCIH links glycyrrhizin, the licorice compound family, to high blood pressure and heart rhythm problems, even at small amounts in some people (NCCIH, Licorice).
- Caffeine adds to the cup of coffee you may already drink (FDA, Caffeine).
None of these is a reason to panic. All are reasons to keep a loose eye on how you feel. Stop and call a clinician for dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, a racing heartbeat that will not settle, or pain in the upper belly.
What if you skip a day or double up?
A skipped day needs no fix. Take your usual dose the next day. The label gives no catch-up rule, and a double dose would break the two-dropper ceiling.
If you went over the limit once, return to the label amount and watch for jitters, nausea or a fast heartbeat (FDA, Caffeine). Call your clinician if you feel unwell.
If you use insulin or diabetes pills and feel shaky or sweaty, check your glucose if you can. A reading below 70 mg/dL needs treatment right away (NIDDK, Hypoglycemia).
When should you stop the daily habit?
Stop for any of the warning signs above. Stop if the drops upset your sleep and a lower dose does not help. Stop if a clinician tells you to. Stop, too, if you notice you are hoping the bottle will let you ease off a prescribed medicine. It will not.
No supplement replaces a prescribed diabetes medicine. Never cut a dose or skip one because you started a supplement.
The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to talk to a physician before starting at all. The how to use page has the full directions with the label photo.
Frequently asked questions
Can I take Sugar Reset every day?
The label describes daily use at 1 or 2 droppers and warns against going over that dose. It sets no end date. No study shows what months of use do, so check in at set points and ask your clinician about long use.
Is it safe to take Sugar Reset for a long time?
Nobody can say. No long-term safety data exist for the product. Green tea extract liver injury is rare and usually starts 1 to 6 months in, so know the warning signs and tell your clinician how long you plan to take it.
Does a daily habit work better at 2 droppers than 1?
No study compares them. The label allows either. One dropper means less of every ingredient, including caffeine sources. Two is the ceiling. Picking the higher dose first has no proven upside.
What is a good day to decide whether to keep taking it?
Day 30 is the earliest the sales page points to for a refund request, and the guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. Many careful buyers decide between about day 30 and day 50, then email before the window closes.
Should I take a break from Sugar Reset?
The label gives no advice on breaks. A pause is a reasonable way to see whether sleep, heartbeat or stomach changes were linked to the drops. Ask your clinician, especially if you take medicine.
What if I forget the drops for a week?
Restart at your usual 1 or 2 droppers and do not make up the missed days. The label has no catch-up rule. If you restart with a racing heartbeat or poor sleep, stop and call your clinician.
Our view
Our view is that daily use is easy to start and hard to judge, because the bottle comes with directions but no evidence. Checkpoints turn a vague habit into a set of small decisions you can reverse.
Keep to one or two droppers, tell your clinician what you take, and write down how you feel at day 30. If you are on medicine for blood sugar or blood pressure, ask before the first dose. Sugar Reset is not FDA approved, and it is not a treatment for any disease.
