How is Sugar Reset supposed to work?

The brand's idea is simple: a daily dropper of chromium, herbs and amino acids for blood sugar support. The sales page's top heading says it can "support healthy blood sugar levels" (Sugar Reset sales page, October 2026).

The label front says "Promotes Metabolic Balance." It does not say how. Neither the label nor the sales page names a study of Sugar Reset itself, and we found none.

So the only way to judge the theory is ingredient by ingredient. That means asking two questions for each one: what did research find, and how much did it use?
