Sugar Reset Pills, Capsules or Gummies? Why This Product Is a Liquid Drop

Quick answer

Sugar Reset pills are not listed anywhere: the label shows a liquid supplement in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber glass bottle with a dropper, not a capsule, pill or gummy. You take 1 or 2 droppers full a day, place them in your mouth and swallow. The same formula is sold under other brand names, so if you see a pill under this name, count it as a different product and check its label.

Key facts

  • The label describes a liquid: 2 fl oz (60 mL), 60 servings of 1 mL, with a black dropper on an amber glass bottle.
  • The directions say: shake well before each use, take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, place in mouth and swallow.
  • No capsule, pill, tablet or gummy version is listed on the label, the sales page or this site's pages.
  • The same formula is sold under other brand names, so a similar bottle with a different name is not Sugar Reset.
  • No dropper size is printed. We treat a full dropper as roughly 1 mL, the serving size.
  • Xylitol is on the label, so keep the bottle away from dogs.
  • Sugar Reset is not FDA approved, and it is not a treatment for any disease.

Is there a Sugar Reset capsule, pill or gummy?

Not that we can find. The bottle label shows a liquid. The sales page sells 2, 3 or 6 bottles of the same liquid. This site lists no capsule, pill, tablet or gummy form, and the brand's own pages do not show one either.

People still search for "sugar reset capsules," "sugar reset pills" and "sugarreset gummies." A few reasons are likely. Many blood sugar products are sold as pills. Some shoppers expect a gummy. And a seller can print a look-alike name on a different form.

So the safe rule is simple. If the form is not a liquid in a dropper bottle, it is not the product described on this site. Do not assume the formula inside matches.

How do the drops work as a routine?

  1. Shake

The label says to shake well before each use. Liquids can settle between doses.

  2. Fill

Squeeze the bulb, dip the dropper and release to fill it. The serving size is 1 mL, so we assume a full dropper is about that.

  3. Swallow

Place the drops in your mouth and swallow, as the label says. Some bonus material on the sales page mentions holding drops under the tongue, but the label says swallow, so follow the label.

  4. Stop at two

Take 1 or 2 droppers full a day, and no more. The label cautions against going past that.

There is nothing to chew and nothing to swallow whole. That suits some people and annoys others. It also means taste matters. The drops are sweetened with stevia and xylitol, and the label lists organic lemon extract and natural flavors.

What does a liquid change about taste and habit?

A liquid has a taste, and a pill mostly does not. The label lists stevia extract, xylitol, glycerin, organic lemon extract and natural flavors, so the drops are meant to taste sweet and a little citrus. No flavor description is published beyond that, and we cannot say whether you will like it.

Habit is the other side. A bottle on the counter is easy to see and easy to forget about at the same time. Some people tie the drops to a morning cup of something else. If you do that, remember that coffee and tea add caffeine on top of the two caffeine sources already in the blend.

If you dislike the idea of a sweet liquid, a pill from another product may suit you better. This post cannot judge those products, and it does not try to.

What do you gain and lose with a liquid?

Liquid drops compared with pills, as they apply to Sugar Reset. This is a plain trade-off list, not a ranking.

The row about measuring is worth a second look. The label gives the serving as 1 mL but never gives a dropper size, so every daily figure on this site assumes about 1 mL. If you want to measure exactly, ask the seller in writing.

How can you tell the real bottle from a look-alike?

Check the Supplement Facts panel, not only the name. The label we describe shows these lines:

  • The name SUGAR RESET with the words Promotes Metabolic Balance on the front.
  • An amber glass bottle of 2 fl oz (60 mL) topped with a black dropper.
  • Serving size 1 mL, with 60 servings per container.
  • A chromium line that reads 0.7 mcg and 2% of the Daily Value.
  • A 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients, starting with maca.
  • A distributor line naming Instituto Experience of Lakeland, FL 33804.

The directions and warnings panel. The seal warning and the distributor line are two quick checks.

The same formula is sold under other names, so a matching panel with a different brand name is still not Sugar Reset. Our bottle check post goes through the steps.

What should you know before you take liquid drops?

The caution on the label asks pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician first. It also says to keep the bottle out of the reach of children.

The drops hold guarana and green tea, two caffeine sources, and the caffeine amount is not printed (FDA, Caffeine). They also hold xylitol. FDA says xylitol can cause a fast, dangerous drop in a dog's blood sugar, with signs sometimes starting within 10 to 60 minutes (FDA, Xylitol and dogs). Cap the bottle after each use and store it high.

Never replace medicine with drops

No supplement replaces a prescribed diabetes medicine. If you take insulin or diabetes pills, tell your clinician before you start, and watch for readings below 70 mg/dL (NIDDK, Hypoglycemia).

What does the liquid cost compared with pills?

We cannot compare with pill products, because we do not list their prices. For Sugar Reset, the sales page checked October 13, 2026 shows 2 bottles for $158 plus shipping, 3 bottles for $207 and 6 bottles for $294, with free US shipping on 3 and 6. That works out to $79, $69 and $49 a bottle.

One bottle lasts about 30 days at 2 droppers a day or about 60 days at 1 dropper, if a dropper holds about 1 mL. The guarantee is 60 days from purchase, so the smaller packs fit inside it more easily.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sugar Reset come in capsules?

We found no capsule form. The label and the sales page show a liquid in a 2 fl oz amber bottle with a dropper. If a seller offers capsules under the Sugar Reset name, ask for the label and compare the Supplement Facts line by line.

Are there Sugar Reset pills?

Not on the label or the sales page. The product is drops. Pills sold under a similar name may hold a different formula, and this site cannot speak for them. Check the serving size, the chromium line and the distributor line.

Are Sugar Reset gummies real?

We found no gummy version. The label describes a sugar-free liquid sweetened with stevia and xylitol. A gummy with a similar name is a different product, and its ingredients, amounts and guarantee terms would need their own check.

How do you take Sugar Reset drops?

Shake well, take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, place the drops in your mouth and swallow. The sales page suggests mornings, preferably before a meal, but the label sets no time. Do not take more than the label allows.

How much liquid is in one dropper?

No dropper size is printed. The label lists a 1 mL serving, so this site treats a full dropper as roughly 1 mL. For exact measuring, ask the seller in writing, and stay within the 2-dropper limit on the label.

Can the drops go into water or tea?

The label says to place the drops in the mouth and swallow. It does not mention mixing. If you stir them into a drink, finish every drop of it so you get the full dose. Tea or coffee would add caffeine on top of the blend.

Our view

Our view is that the form is a small point with one big lesson: check the bottle, not the search result. A liquid in a dropper bottle with the right label lines is the product we describe. Anything else needs its own facts before you trust it.

Liquid drops are easy to take and easy to overdo, so keep to the label's two-dropper limit. If you take medicine, have your clinician read the label first. Sugar Reset is not FDA approved, and it does not treat any disease.

Last updated October 16, 2026. Sugar Reset is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
