Key facts

  • Form: a liquid in a 2 fl oz (60 mL) amber glass bottle with a dropper. It is not a pill or a capsule.
  • The label front reads "Promotes Metabolic Balance" and "Dietary Supplement."
  • Directions on the bottle: shake it, fill 1 or 2 droppers each day, put the drops in your mouth and swallow.
  • Each 2 fl oz bottle holds 60 one-mL servings. Every serving lists chromium at 0.7 mcg (2% of the Daily Value) and one 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients.
  • Prices checked October 13, 2026: $158 plus shipping for 2 bottles, $207 for 3 and $294 for 6. A single bottle is not sold.
  • Guarantee: 60 days from purchase, with a note on the sales page about using it for at least 30 days first.
  • No published trial of Sugar Reset exists. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is.

What is Sugar Reset in plain words?

Sugar Reset is a dietary supplement that you take as drops. You squeeze a dropper into your mouth and swallow. That is the whole routine. The label does not ask for a special meal plan, a fasting window or a food list.

The sales page sells it to adults who want extra support for healthy blood sugar next to food, activity and regular care. The bottle itself is plain. It is a sugar-free liquid with a short set of directions and a long list of plant extracts and amino acids.

It helps to say what it is not. It does not replace insulin, metformin or any other prescribed treatment, and nobody should stop or change a medicine because of it.

The rest of this page goes in order: the name, the label, the claims, the sellers, the price and the people who should ask a doctor first.

Is a sugar reset the same as a diet, a cleanse or a challenge?

Not on this page. People type "sugar reset diet," "sugar reset cleanse" and "sugar reset challenge" into search boxes, and those words can point to very different things. Some are food plans. We have not reviewed any plan, book or challenge that uses a similar name, so we cannot compare them with the bottle.

What we can describe is the bottle. Its label sets one rule: 1 or 2 droppers a day, never more. It sets no diet rules at all.

The word reset is part of the brand name. It is not a measured result. No study of Sugar Reset has been published, so nobody can say that anything gets reset by taking it.

The sales page lists six digital bonus guides with the 3 and 6 bottle packs. Their content is not published on this site. Our pricing page notes that none of them replaces diabetes care.

What is inside the bottle?

The label is the best guide, so start there. This table lists what it prints for one 1 mL serving.

Sugar Reset label facts per 1 mL serving, from the bottle label.
LineWhat the label shows
Serving size1 mL, with 60 servings per bottle
Chromium (as chromium picolinate)0.7 mcg, 2% of the Daily Value
Proprietary blend200 mg in total, 22 ingredients, maca listed first
Other ingredientsGlycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors
Amount of each blend ingredientNot published
CaffeineNot published

Only chromium has its own amount. The 22 blend ingredients share 200 mg, which is about 9 mg each if you split it evenly. That figure is our arithmetic, not a lab result.

The sales page names six ingredients: chromium picolinate, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng aerial extract. All six are on the label. The label also lists 17 more that the sales page never mentions, such as guarana, a caffeine source, and a licorice compound. Read the full list on the Supplement Facts page.

What does Sugar Reset say it does?

The label front says "Promotes Metabolic Balance." The sales page goes further. It lists five support claims: support balanced blood sugar levels, promote healthy insulin function, aid in managing carbohydrate metabolism, assist in maintaining a healthy weight and contribute to overall metabolic health (Sugar Reset sales page, October 2026).

No trial of Sugar Reset measured any of those five. The American Diabetes Association's 2026 Standards of Care say chromium, herb and spice supplements are not recommended for blood sugar benefit (ADA, Standards of Care 2026). FTC guidance says health claims generally need human trials that match the product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

The sales page also makes disease claims that only a drug may make. We do not repeat them. The standard FDA statement on the label says the claims have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Read it this way

Support wording is marketing language. It tells you what the seller hopes you will think. It does not tell you what happened in any person who took the drops.

Who sells Sugar Reset, and who stands behind it?

Three names appear, and they are easy to mix up.

  • The brand's sales page (forsugarreset.com) takes the orders. Each order button here leads to it.
  • Sugarresetdaily runs this website. It is a USA Authorized Sugar Reset Retailer, not the manufacturer, and it earns money when you buy through its links.
  • On the bottle, the distributor line reads Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL, 33804.

Neither the label nor the sales page says who makes it, and neither says who formulated it. The sales page shows no phone number, street address or company name. For order questions, the label email is [email protected].

How much does Sugar Reset cost?

Prices were checked on October 13, 2026 and can change. The checkout shows the final total and any tax.

The guarantee runs 60 days from the date of purchase. The sales page tells unhappy buyers to email once they have used it for at least 30 days, while its FAQ calls the guarantee unconditional. Those two lines do not match, so ask for the terms in writing. More on this is in our refund and guarantee guide.

Who should ask a doctor before trying it?

The label names three groups: pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition. All of them should consult a physician first. Diabetes counts as a known medical condition.

  • If you take insulin or diabetes pills, some supplement ingredients can add to the medicine and cause lows (ADA, Vitamins and supplements).
  • If you are sensitive to caffeine, know that guarana and green tea both add caffeine, and the amount is not printed.
  • If you share a home with a dog, know that the drops contain xylitol, which is dangerous to dogs (FDA, Xylitol and dogs).

Take a photo of the label to your next visit. Your clinician can then read every ingredient, not only the six on the sales page.

Frequently asked questions

What is Sugar Reset?

Sugar Reset is a liquid dietary supplement sold in a 2 fl oz amber glass bottle with a dropper. The label says Promotes Metabolic Balance. A bottle holds 60 servings of 1 mL, and the label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. No published trial of it exists.

Is Sugar Reset a food plan or a cleanse?

No. The bottle label sets one dose rule and no food rules. Searches for a sugar reset diet, cleanse or challenge may lead to other plans that share the name, and we have not reviewed them. This site covers only the liquid supplement.

Is Sugar Reset a pill or a liquid?

It is a liquid. You fill a dropper, place the drops in your mouth and swallow. The label lists 60 servings of 1 mL per 2 fl oz bottle. Capsules, pills or gummies sold under a similar name are not the product described on this label.

What does blood sugar reset mean on this label?

It is not a medical term, and the label does not define it. The label front says Promotes Metabolic Balance. No study has measured any reset from Sugar Reset, and the ADA does not recommend herb or chromium supplements for blood sugar benefit.

Is Sugar Reset a medicine for diabetes?

No. It is a dietary supplement, so it does not stand in for insulin, metformin or any other prescribed treatment. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. Never stop or change a prescribed diabetes medicine without your clinician.

Where can I read the whole Sugar Reset label?

The Supplement Facts page on this site types out every line of the label, including all 22 blend ingredients in label order and the nine other ingredients. Compare it with the bottle you hold, and look for an intact safety seal.

Our view

Our view is that Sugar Reset is easiest to understand when you treat it as a small daily supplement with a big name. The label is honest about its contents. The sales page is much louder than the label, and the proof behind the loud parts has not been published.

If you are curious, read the label first, then the price and guarantee terms, then talk to your clinician. If you take medicine for blood sugar, ask before you order. Sugar Reset is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is.

Last updated October 16, 2026. Sugar Reset is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
